Meet Jamie Potter

Jamie Potter graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College (W&J) in Washington, Pennsylvania. During her time at W&J, she played varsity volleyball for four years, was part of a conference-winning team her junior year, and was named the President’s Athletic Conference 2005 Player of the Year.
Jamie began her career in banking, working at National City Bank before moving to Pittsburgh to join PNC Bank. After nine years in banking, primarily in branch management and leadership roles, she transitioned to healthcare and joined Indiana University Health (IU Health).
At IU Health, Jamie served as a leader for patient and customer experience for nearly six years, helping transform how the organization measures and improves experience.
