This is an in-person Clinical Dietitian Liaison role to help patients at Ascension facilities, Riverview Hospital, and Community Westfield Hospital (when it opens) to successfully transition home on tube feedings. Knowledge of/experience with pediatric and adult tube feedings and making formula recommendations is preferred. Our program is unique in Dietetics and you will learn about feeding supplies/equipment, insurance coverage guidelines and marketing. This is a full time, Monday – Friday role that requires travel to Indianapolis area hospitals. The 8 hour work day can be scheduled between 8am and 6pm (can be flexible based on volumes and patient education timing needs). This role will also include working as a team with another liaison covering IU North, Fishers, and Community hospitals. The position is expected to serve as secondary support to help cover needs across these hospitals as well. The two liaisons will work together to most efficiently and effectively cover all referral source needs.

Additionally, this role promotes Business Unit services to drive referrals from IU Health and Non IU Health hospitals, physician offices and clinics within an assigned territory; is responsible for Business Unit referral growth and retention; serves as a liaison between referring providers and the Business Unit; identifies opportunities for program growth and participates in the development of market strategies, and plans, organizes and implements product line education individualized to provider needs. Successful engagement of referral sources is accomplished by developing and maintaining relationships, demonstrating expertise, delivering on promises, and by becoming a trusted resource.

The Patient Relations Consultant provides expertise and coordination in the management of patient complaints and grievances in compliance with federal, state, and regulatory agency requirements.
Provides patients with appropriate channels for communication of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the entity's services and seeks to facilitate resolution to complaints and grievances.
Ensures actions and documentation reflect compliance with federal and state governmental regulations.
Works collaboratively with the facility’s Risk Management Consultant, Leadership, and Patient Family Liaisons and/or local patient experience teams to ensure all patient complaints and grievances are addressed in accordance with the IU Health values.

The Service Line Administrator-Infectious Diseases serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line. This leader is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line. The Service Line Administrator is responsible for increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value. Through the incumbent's efforts, the service line will become known as a preeminent level of service in the community and a value-based options seek out when deciding upon their healthcare needs.

Partners with and develops leaders and team members to ensure on-time completion of improvement projects as well as delivers on expected results. Analyzes current conditions of processes utilizing data and lean management (based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. Applies Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) thinking to achieve break through improvement in support of the business unit's strategic goals. Assists departments in best practice standardization and spread, utilizing lean and change management methodology.

Partners with all levels of leaders and team members to share accountability for obtaining quantifiable results in alignment with the organization's system and regional goals. -Synthesize patient data from Adult Bone Marrow Transplant, Stem Cell Transplant, and Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy populations.
-Collaborate with Pre-Transplant Navigators, Quality teams, and Physicians to ensure accurate and complete data collection.
-Accurately input patient data into STEMSoft and CIBMTR databases to maintain program accreditation.Provides data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives.
-Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.
-Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation, and serves as an expert user, providing training for additional system users.

The Specialist-Document Management provides comprehensive support for IU Health's document management program, executing standard, enterprise-wide processes for the creation, revision, approval, and storage of all documents within a single-source repository. This role is vital to increasing the quality, safety, and reliability of clinical and operational processes across all IU Health facilities. The Specialist will deliver education and guidance on document management principles to team members, leaders, and providers within their region and across the broader organization. Additionally, this position assists with team planning, execution, and workflow monitoring, leveraging critical thinking skills to assess operational needs, gather stakeholder input, and propose enhanced, efficient approval processes. Throughout all responsibilities, the Specialist ensures customer-centered support and professionalism while actively promoting program adherence.
