Our Purpose

NAHSE’s purpose is to ensure greater participation of minority groups in the health field. Its basic objective is to develop and maintain a strong viable national body to more effectively have input in the national health care delivery system. It has provided a vehicle for Blacks to effectively participate in the design, direction and delivery of quality health care to all people.

As we begin an exciting new year, I am filled with gratitude for our chapter’s strength—built on years of leadership, experience, and commitment to advancing healthcare equity. I want to thank our past president for her guidance and our sponsors and partners for their continued support in helping us make a lasting impact.

At NAHSE Indy, we are more than a professional organization—we are a family. We listen, support, and celebrate one another through challenges and triumphs.
