Consultant-Accreditation and Regulatory Senior
Plans, implements, directs, and facilitates activities that support system wide efforts to be successfully accredited and continuously ready for patients. Consults and advises key stakeholders and leaders on accreditation/regulatory interpretations, educates and facilitates survey preparation activities, manages and audits onside surveys, and serves as a liaison between the organization and its accreditation and regulatory bodies. Analyzes and provides recommendations around performance and continuous quality improvement initiatives that drive organizational outcomes. Drives acceptance by stakeholders and serves as an accreditation matters expert for leaders and team members.
Accreditation and Regulatory Consultant
The Accreditation and Regulatory Consultant oversees accreditation and regulatory compliance activities within assigned facilities and provides interfacility readiness support across IU Health. This role involves education, consultation, and advisement with key stakeholders on interpretations of accreditation and regulatory standards, coordinating survey preparation, managing onsite surveys, and ensuring comprehensive post-survey follow-up. The consultant proactively reviews new or revised services and spaces for compliance, participates in performance improvement activities, and provides regular updates to leadership on compliance status. They serve as the primary liaison for communication with the Indiana Department of Health and other accrediting organizations.
Practice Manager- Internal and Family Medicine
Accountable for directing and facilitating many aspects of management both for the patient care staff as well as for the clerical staff in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care. Assists the Director in planning, directing and overall operations within their areas of responsibility. Provides the day to day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management and facility adequacy of their assigned areas. Maintains optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, external customers and appropriate health system staff to ensure service delivery that exceeds the needs and expectations of customer bases towards service excellence.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday 8AM-430PM at Sagamore Pkwy West. Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Executive Director-Supply Chain Procurement
The Executive Director of Supply Chain Procurement provides enterprise leadership for the strategy, governance, and execution of Supply Chain Purchasing for the entire health system. This leader will evolve our standardized procurement processes, policies, and service levels to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
You’ll serve as executive owner of procurement systems, workflows, and data governance, overseeing ERP/MMIS optimization, technology enablement, and data integrity. The Executive Director leads procurement performance management through KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting to improve transparency and support executive decision‑making.
You’ll partner with sourcing, contracting, finance, and operational leaders to enhance contract compliance, improve spend visibility, and align procurement with enterprise priorities. This leader oversees purchasing for goods, services, and capital; resolves supplier, system, and fulfillment issues; and serves as final escalation point. The Executive Director drives continuous improvement, ensures PO compliance, and builds a high‑performing procurement organization through talent development and succession planning.
Capacity Analyst
Role Responsibilities
-Identifies opportunities to create capacity, increase utilization, and improve new patient access.
-Establishes a cadence to meet with Specialty Leadership to review supply/demand and schedule rules optimization opportunities.
-Partners with Template Administrators, System Patient Access Center, and the Referral Management Team to plan and execute overall capacity strategy, ensuring alignment between demand forecasting, provider availability, and patient access goals.
Chaplain
This position is part time (20 hours per week) and will support Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN.
-Delivers expert spiritual care, crisis intervention and support of patients, their supporting community, and IU Health colleagues.
-Serves, as assigned, on various institutional committees.
-Provides educational services to students, colleagues and internal and external communities/groups.
-Responsible for on-call services as needed.
Administrative Coordinator- Bloomington
-Provides standard administrative and technical support to directors/senior level leadership.
-Manages director/senior leader-level calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements with high autonomy.
-Ensures quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.
-Processes invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across supported teams.
-Coordinates department-wide strategic initiatives, including project tracking and reporting.
-Manages work with limited guidance and direction. Identifies and resolves administrative and operational challenges.
-Assists with preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
-Assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc.
-Trains and guides junior administrative staff and may delegate and oversee their day-to-day work.
-Exercises sound independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their director/senior leader(s).
Office Manager- Walk In Clinic and Specialties
Provides operational supervision for all office responsibilities of the clinics including adequate staffing, workload distribution, patient scheduling, accurate registration, timely financial counseling, accurate records maintenance, efficient chart prep, accurate and appropriate charge entry and general office management to meet the needs of the department and facilitate patient flow. Requires travel between designated facilities. Assumes responsibility for implementing process improvements and assists in evaluation and training for office personnel. Acts as a liaison between the clinicians, patient, management team and revenue cycle services. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.
Physician Liaison-Specialty Care
As a Specialty Care Physician Liaison, you serve as the strategic bridge between the community and IU Health’s most advanced clinical programs, driving revenue growth by articulating the distinct value of our specialty services to referring provider. You are a market architect who aligns specific clinical offerings with regional needs to expand our specialist network’s footprint. By navigating and resolving complex operational barriers for referring offices, you ensure that the path to specialized care is frictionless for both the provider and the patient. As a senior resource and mentor to the Primary Care Liaison team, you translate "boots on the ground" market intelligence into high-level strategy, providing system leadership with the critical insights required to maintain our competitive edge and fulfill our clinical mission.
