Exploring the Future of Healthcare

The health care industry has emerged from a  unifying catastrophe into a time of chaotic instability. Healthcare  leaders must understand the seismic changes happening below the surface  and proactively make strategic bets that set themselves  up for future success. In this workshop, we'll overview some of these  changes including

1) Delivery infrastructure  evolution, as large conglomerates configure their assets across the  care continuum and health systems seek financial survival pathways  through partnerships and

2) Shifting care team  roles as rapid, chaotic advances in technology (especially AI) create  new opportunities to address persistent workforce challenges.

With this context, we'll explore how to apply  'futurist thinking' to help us identify what moves to make in the  present to account for many, varied future possibilities in health care.
